Gerald Parel is one of the most talented artist around. Over the years I’ve grown to appreciate the beauty of the work he does. His art ranges from original unknown pieces to Marvel, DC, Masters of the Universe and much more. I never miss an opportunity to share this beautiful artwork when I find a new piece or two.

It was like meeting childhood friends. I was struggling to finish my comic book and realized that no matter how hard I could try to focus on one thing, I will fail and need to procrastinate a bit, a lot. So, in order to do this without killing my schedule – which was at a zombie state considering how many times it died – I didn’t think much and started drawing the most childish thing I could. It was Beastman from the Masters of the Universe toyline. BIG MISTAKE. I couldn’t stop.

As a fan of art, like many, I usually halt my internet browsing when something intriguing catches my eye. In this case, it was a collection of brutal art, depicting some of my favorite superheroes meeting there doom at the hands of the anime legend “One Punch Man.”

The art depicted by Josef Sison shows Hulk being decapitated, Thor having his head smashed by Mjolnir, Batman being impaled by a head and much more.
